Title A name given to the resource Four Generations Subject The topic of the resource African-Americans -- Florida -- Winter Park Description An account of the resource Robert Knight represents the fourth generation owner of a restaurant started in 1926 by his great-grandparents Minnie Lee and Inez Jordan. The small restaurant was called "Baby's Lunch Box" after their daughter's nickname "Baby Young." People of "all kinds" came to eat, what is now called, "soul food." In 1959 Mrs. Jordan retired and passed the business to Lessie Moe Marsh ("Baby Young") and the restaurant was renamed "Duck Inn." As times and business improved, other family members became involved, namely Bobbie Dixon ("Lil' Bobby"), who has been working with the business for 34 years.
